AC Watchdog has been designed to help the homeowner and business owner protect their air conditioner investment. Thieves have targeted air conditioner condenser units and their component parts to cash in for quick profit.

AC Watchdog’s alarm system has been proven to be effective. Our pressure sensor has been specifically designed for the AC Watchdog alarm systems. This pressure sensor is not like the average pressure sensor. Unlike standard pressure sensors, ours does not give off false signals due to a drop in temperature. We are a Michigan based company and it does get cold here. We have customers that have our alarms installed here for 2 years now and we have never had a report of a false alarm. Other companies have attempted to duplicate our alarm system. Their systems are not reporting much success. Their systems are not designed to prevent false readings. AC Watchdog is also unique in the installation. Many report have stated that the thieves are very sophisticated and intelligent; they have used expensive equipment to saw thru cages, added fences to their metal theft, bridged wires, and bypassed other alarm systems. AC Watchdog alarm system installation is designed to be installed inside the dwelling. This eliminates the possibility of a thief disarming the alarm system.

		AC WATCHDOG alarm # JIMH – 03 - siren alarm This alarm will signal a loud audible 115-db siren if the refrigerant line is broke or if refrigerant is loss. The power-monitoring relay will also trigger the siren if the power to the ac unit is interrupted. The JIMH 03 is wired to connect to an existing security alarm panel. This alarm is used on split systems, heat pumps, self-contained/package units and heat pumps for commercial or residential use. Our alarms are also able to connect one alarm system to up to four (4) ac units.

		AC WATCHDOG Intruder Beware – rooftop application This alarm has a dual trigger. State of the art detector will detect an intruder approaching condenser system and sound siren. Alerting the intruder the ac system is alarmed – prior to any damage done. Second trigger will sound alarm upon loss of refrigerant. Detector does not work on motion, will not trigger with birds, trees moving, flags waving, etc.

		AC WATCHDOG Ultimate Alarm This alarm signals a siren and strobe light. The siren is programmed to sound for a designated time and then silence. The strobe remains constant until the alarm is disabled by the business owner or homeowner
